The D&I Salary Survey is LIVE!
We want to hear from you!
First of it’s kind, one of a kind….just like you
Awwww….isn’t that sweet? This is our special valentines day newsletter all about love. And I’m looking for your love. What does this look like? Well….I built a survey. It’s a special salary survey for people who work in Diversity & Inclusion in Asia Pacific. Because people working in Diversity & Inclusion need to know:
Am I being paid enough?
My value in the market
Do I have budget to do the work I need to do?
What team size should I have to be effective?
Am I being left behind?
And there is basically zero, zip, nada of this information in the region.
This is where you come in. We need you to complete the survey and in return (if you pop us your email address) we would love to invite you to a webinar to share the results AND provide you with the report. Cool hey? And the only thing its costs you is 15 minutes of your time and it’s completely private and anonymous (cause we care about that stuff here at The Culture Ministry).
Got any questions? You can reply to this email and I’ll to help you out. Now that’s love.

So. Much. Love.
“Love doesn’t make the world go ‘round. Love is what makes the ride worthwhile.” Franklin P. Jones
We couldn’t have produced this survey without the love of our friends at Volt International. Their support meant we could use the best survey software on the market to get you the best results and insights. I also love them because they have great people who do great recruitment and talent search work, including for Diversity & Inclusion roles.
When you have completed the APAC Diversity & Inclusion Survey, would you do us a favour? Sign up with your email to receive a copy of the report and an invite to the results webinar. And then would you share on your favourite social media platform? Cause sharing is caring ;)
