Transforming numbers into insights, storytelling and action.

Let's be real. Talking about data analysis doesn't always set the heart racing, does it?

For ages, my happy place was influencing leaders through sheer charm and persuasive arguments (cue evil laugh: mwahahaha). Building relationships and connections felt like the real way to make change happen in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).

But I've had a bit of an epiphany. While relationships are key, backing them up with solid data? That's where the magic really happens. It turns out, I actually enjoy digging into the numbers to understand the DEI landscape, pinpoint challenges, and track progress. And, if I do say so myself, I've gotten pretty good at it.

I've been lucky enough to:

  • Turn global inclusion survey results for 50,000+ employees into actionable plans (and budget approvals!).

  • Build DEI dashboards that get leaders the info they need.

  • Guide multinationals through Self ID consultations (data privacy complexities included!).

  • Design and run an HR Analytics bootcamp.

  • Build and analyse a gender equity survey for a rail freight company and use focus groups to dive deeper.

Why am I sharing this? Because maybe you're facing similar hurdles?

  • Are you pouring your heart into DEI initiatives but struggling to demonstrate the impact and get the resources you need?

  • Do you know your people data holds valuable insights but feel unsure how to unlock and present them effectively?

If you nodded (even internally), then mark your calendar!
